Our Pinterest Board is seeing some activity but we’d love to see some more – from you!  This month, check out our Studio Management board (well, check out all of the boards!).  I find that as the school year gets underway so do my business skills.   A need for communicating with parents, enforcing policy and polishing up my “business” skills kick into high gear.

You’ll find ideas from building and tweaking a website, retaining students who may want to quit, how to keep a waiting list, to organizing strategies for business, finances and the studio room.
