The Keyboard Studies Division at UMKC would like to invite all interested parties to attend events featuring guest artist William Chapman Nyaho. Mr. Nyaho will host a master class, featuring performances of music by black composers, on Thursday, February 18th, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. He will give a presentation on piano music of Africa and the African Diaspora on Friday, February 19th, from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. Finally, Mr. Nyaho will perform a recital of music by African composers on February 20th at 7:30 p.m. All events will be held in Grant Recital Hall on the campus of UMKC.
