This is via the newsletter, for anyone who might be interested:
Hi! My name is Julian Toha and I live in Silicon Valley. I recently moved here from London and spent the last five years touring as a concert pianist.
Over those five years, I met thousands of music teachers and found that there are many problems and challenges in our industry that I would love to spend my life solving. Once I moved here and met a software developer who was a parent of one of my students – we started Oclef to solve those problems.
I’m looking for teachers who would be interested in using the app and giving feedback. Let me know if you have questions. Here’s the website www.oclef.com
Testing will begin in July and will last for 4 weeks. Once we finish we will use the results to upgrade the app and also ask for some feedback. Our goal is to reshape music education and we believe the technologies were building are headed in that direction.
Let me know if there are other teachers or friends you know from MTA or elsewhere who would be good testers as well and once we get a complete group I will be rounding everyone up and explaining the next step.
Thanks for your time 🙂
Julian
