having some basic information for students that might wish to investigate the “King of Instruments?” There are classes designed with suggestions for beginning Literature (with and without pedals), basics for registration, as well beginning worship and hymn playing skills. There are even classes on the basics of singing and choral directing, a guide to collaborating with other instrumentalists in chamber music, as well as a

session on the Art of Practice itself. Moreover, all of these classes are taught by local musicians practicing, teaching and performing right here along side you in the Kansas City area. The Jubilee is only $15 for a full day of events and includes continental breakfast, catered lunch and an opening inspirational keynote from local musical icon, Dr. Jan Kraybill.

however, this event is about forming new relationships. Each of you that attend will receive a free complementary 6 month membership in the AGO. All of the instructors for this are local professionals and available for continuing guidance and friendship. The January Jubilee includes a special mentoring program that matches you with a longtime member of our local chapter to help demonstrate the value, support, and power of working together with these skilled and supportive colleagues throughout the year.
