Midwest Chamber Ensemble is pleased to announce our 2019 Youth Concerto Competition. The competition is open to most instrument types and is for participants in Kansas and Missouri who are 18 years or younger (there is no minimum age requirement).

Up to TWO winners (one piano, one non-piano) will be selected to perform with the Midwest Chamber Ensemble during its 2019/2020 season.

***New this year is a cash prize from Kansas City music educator and Sigma Alpha Iota alumna, Marilyn Miller, of up to $250 to be given to the winner(s). If two winners are selected, the award will be divided equally.***
